Why work here
Bilingual by design
Most of our customers are served in English and Spanish. Bilingual team members are valued, not an afterthought — and it is often what makes the difference for a family walking in for the first time.
We promote from within
A-LA has grown from a single office to 15 across Dallas–Fort Worth since 2021. That growth creates room to move up — from front-desk service into licensed sales, and from agent into office management.
Work that helps people
Our customers are drivers who get turned away elsewhere — no U.S. license, a past ticket, a tight budget. Getting someone legally covered the same day is the kind of win you feel.
Learn the licensed side
We support team members who want to earn their Texas insurance license and grow into a full agent role, with training and mentorship along the way.
Roles we regularly hire
Openings vary by office and season, but these are the roles we come back to again and again. Even when a specific position is not posted, we keep résumés on file for our DFW locations — so it is always worth reaching out.
Bilingual Insurance Agents
Quote and bind auto, SR-22, and non-standard policies for walk-in and phone customers. A Texas General Lines license helps, but we also train the right people toward it.
Customer Service Representatives
The front line of every office — greeting customers, taking payments, handling policy questions, and keeping the day running in two languages.
Office Managers
Run the floor of a single location: staffing, daily numbers, customer experience, and the small decisions that make an office feel welcoming.
Where we hire
