Heavy-duty trucks (over 1 ton), commercial fleet vehicles, vehicles stuck more than 25 feet from a paved road (off-road recovery), unattended vehicles, and any service requested while driving under the influence. Towing beyond the $150 per-service allowance is the member's responsibility, paid directly to the tow operator.
