The A-LA Auto Club membership covers basic roadside services such as towing assistance, battery jump-start, flat tire change using your spare, lockout and locksmith dispatch, fuel delivery (you pay for the fuel itself), and winching or extrication within 25 feet of a paved road. The membership also includes auto theft restoration tips and guidance, travel disruption assistance and resources, and identity theft restoration informational support.

The $60/year Family tier covers the primary member, their spouse or domestic partner, and licensed dependents up to age 21 living in the same household. Each covered family member can request roadside services through our dispatch line.

Members can request roadside services in any personally-owned light-duty car, SUV, motorcycle, or RV they're driving. Specific service eligibility is confirmed by dispatch when you call.

Heavy-duty trucks (over 1 ton), commercial fleet vehicles, vehicles stuck more than 25 feet from a paved road (off-road recovery), unattended vehicles, and any service requested while driving under the influence are not covered. Out-of-pocket costs above what the membership covers are the member's responsibility, paid directly to the service provider.

Auto insurance pays for vehicle damage and liability after an accident. The A-LA Auto Club is a separate prepaid membership focused on everyday roadside services such as a dead battery, flat tire, lockout, empty tank, or a tow to a nearby shop. Many of our members keep both: insurance for accidents, and the Auto Club membership for the day-to-day issues that don't require a claim.
