Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes A-LA AUTO INSURANCE policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you use our service and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
We use your personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
A-LA AUTO INSURANCE is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing or advertising. We do share it with a small number of service providers who help us operate our business and respond to your insurance inquiry, described below. This privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect the information you provide to us.
Information Collection
We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve our services. This may include your name, email address, phone number, the page you were on, and how you arrived at our site (for example, which ad or search result you clicked). We do not sell or rent this information to anyone.
Some of this information may be collected as soon as you enter it into a form on our site — for example, if you begin a quote request and type your phone number before submitting the form — so that an agent can follow up even if the form is not finished or submitted. We also use a tracking technology that recognizes returning visitors on this device and records general engagement signals (such as how much of a page you have scrolled or how long you have spent on it), so we can prioritize timely follow-up on inquiries. See “Cookies & Tracking” below for more detail.
How We Use Your Information
The information collected is used to communicate with you as the intended party — primarily to follow up on an insurance quote or question you have started with us. We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes, and we do not sell your mobile number or messaging opt-in data to anyone. To deliver that follow-up quickly, your contact information is shared with a lead-routing and messaging service provider we use to notify our agents and, where you have consented, to text or call you about your inquiry — see “Disclosure of Your Information” below for who that is and why.
We may use personal data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our service, including to monitor the usage of our service.
- To manage your Account: to manage your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data you provide can give you access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to you as a registered user.
- For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the services you have purchased.
- To contact You: To contact you by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms regarding updates or informative communications.
- To provide you with news, special offers and general information about other goods and services we offer.
- To manage your requests: To attend and manage your requests to us.
All messages you send through the Service, whether to us or other users, are stored on our servers. A-LA AUTO INSURANCE employs servers and services owned by third parties to retain these messages.
Disclosure of Your Information
A-LA AUTO INSURANCE does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with outside organizations for their own independent marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes. Your personal information is kept confidential and is disclosed only to the categories of recipients below, or otherwise as required by law or with your explicit consent.
We share personal information with these categories of service providers, only to operate our business and respond to your inquiry:
- A lead-routing and messaging platform we use to notify our agents of your inquiry and, where you have consented, to call or text you about it.
- An email-delivery provider we use to send internal notifications to our own staff about new inquiries.
- Advertising and analytics platforms (such as Google) that help us understand which ads and search results bring visitors to our site — see "Cookies & Tracking" below.
We may also disclose your personal information in these limited circumstances:
- We have obtained your consent.
- We need to enforce our Terms of Service.
- Compliance with legal processes (subpoenas, court orders).
- To investigate illegal activities or fraud.
- In case of a merger or acquisition.
We may share aggregated, non-identifiable information with others without further notice to you, such as total usage metrics.
Mobile Privacy
At A-LA AUTO INSURANCE, we value your mobile privacy. We do not sell your mobile number, and we do not share it — or your text-message opt-in consent — with any third party for that third party’s own marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS Compliance Guarantee
We will never sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text-message opt-in consent with any third party for that party’s own marketing or promotional purposes. The only recipient of your mobile number is the lead-routing and messaging service provider described under “Disclosure of Your Information” above, and we provide it to that vendor solely to connect you with our own agents about the inquiry you started.

Cookies & Tracking
Our Service may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may be limited.
We also use a first-party tracking technology on our own site that recognizes a returning visitor on the same device, remembers general engagement signals (such as pages viewed, scroll depth, and time on page), and records which advertisement, search result, or link brought you to our site (for example, ad-click and campaign identifiers). This information is used to prioritize follow-up on inquiries and to measure which advertising is effective — it is stored in your browser and on our servers, and is disclosed only to the service providers named under “Disclosure of Your Information” above, for the purposes described there.
